Thank you for submitting your GoBirth Provider application.
As soon as we finish reviewing and accept your application (usually in 3-5 business days), you will receive a Welcome email containing important information on becoming a GoBirth Provider. The email will explain how to access the GoBirth Provider portal, set-up your hours & schedules, list services you offer, and how to set your rates for classes, sessions and services you will be offering and accepting through GoBirth.
